החזרות והחלפות

אם אינך מרוצה מהרכישה שלך, תוכל להחזיר או להחליף את הפריט בהתאם לתנאים הבאים

איסוף עצמי

באיסוף עצמי, מועדי ההחזרה וההחלפה ייחשבו ממועד ביצוע ההזמנה - ולא ממועד האיסוף בפועל

החזר כספי

מוצרים מקולקציה חדשה (שלא בהנחה): עד 14 ימים מרגע קבלת המשלוח (או 14 ימים מרגע ביצוע העסקה במקרה של איסוף עצמי)

מוצרים שנמצאים במבצע (הנחה / הטבה): עד 5 ימים מרגע קבלת המשלוח (או 5 ימים מרגע ביצוע העסקה במקרה של איסוף עצמי)

ההחזר יינתן רק עבור מוצרים שלא נעשה בהם שימוש, במצב חדש, עם כל התגים מחוברים ובאריזתם המקורית

מוצרים שנרכשו במסגרת כפל הנחה
(הנחת סוף עונה + קוד קופון המקנה הנחה נוספת)

לא יהיו זכאים להחזר כספי, חלקי או מלא, לרבות ביטול עסקה.

עם זאת, תתאפשר החלפת מוצר בלבד,
בשווי הפריט שנרכש,
וזאת עד 5 ימים ממועד קבלת המוצר.

החלפות

ניתן להחזיר פריט ולהחליפו בפריט אחר באותו הערך תוך 14 ימי עסקים מתאריך הגעת ההזמנה

ההחלפה תתבצע רק עבור מוצרים שלא נעשה בהם שימוש, במצב חדש, עם כל התגים מחוברים ובאריזתם המקורית

החלפת מוצרים אפשרית עד שבועיים מרגע קבלת המוצר (ללא תלות אם מדובר במוצר חדש או בהנחה)

החזרת מוצרים

המוצרים יוחזרו באופן עצמאי ע"י מקבל המשלוח או מי מטעמו

ניתן להחזיר מוצרים באחת מהדרכים הבאות

בחנות הפיזית שלנו – כתובת: בית לחם 4, תל אביב

במשלוח דואר – לכתובת: בית לחם 4, תל אביב, מיקוד 6329203, קומת מסחר

לתשומת לבכם

אין לשלוח את ההחזרה לנקודת איסוף דואר. ההחזר יתקבל רק אם יישלח ישירות לחנות

עלות ביטול

כ-5% ממחיר העסקה או 100 ש״ח (הנמוך מביניהם)

במקרה של ביטול עסקה עם משלוח חינם, הלקוח יחויב בדמי משלוח 40 ש״ח + 5% דמי ביטול

יש להחזיר את הפריטים במצבם המקורי - החזרות שאינן עומדות במדיניות שלנו לא יתקבלו

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange the item under the following conditions:

Refund Policy

New collection items (not on sale): Up to 14 days from the date of delivery (or from the date of purchase in case of self pickup)

Sale items (discounts or promotions): Up to 5 days from the date of delivery (or from the date of purchase in case of self pickup)

Refunds will only be issued for items that have not been used, are in new condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Items purchased under a double discount promotion
(End-of-season sale combined with an additional coupon discount)

Are not eligible for any refund, partial or full, including order cancellation.

However, an exchange only will be allowed,
for the value of the purchased item,
within 5 days from the date of delivery.

Exchanges

You may exchange an item for another item of equal value within 14 business days from the delivery date.

Exchanges will only be processed for unused items, in new condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

Exchanges are possible up to two weeks from the date of receipt (regardless of whether the item is new or on sale).

Returning Items

Items must be returned independently by the customer or someone on their behalf.

Cancellation Fees

5% of the transaction amount or ₪100 (whichever is lower).

For orders with free shipping, a ₪40 shipping fee + 5% cancellation fee will apply.

Please note:

Items must be returned in their original condition. Returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.
